Preheat oven to 350° F. In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine, peanut butter, sugar, egg replacer, and water until smooth. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and stir together well. You may need to add a bit more water at the end if the mix is too dry. Roll dough into balls, place on cookie sheet, and flatten with a fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet. Yields approximately 16 cookies.
